Mr. Abraham Chikasa (Zambia)
Abraham Chikasa (b. 1962) is a member of the United Church of Zambia. Abraham is a graduate of Management Studies. He holds a Diploma in Business Management and an MBA in Projects Management. He currently works for the Council of Churches of Zambia as Head of Programmes.

Ms. Hermione Kingbo (Senegal)
Hermione Kingbo (b. 1976) is a member of the Eglise Protestant du Sénégal. She joined SCM in 1991 and subsequently held the offices of Treasurer, Head of Youth Programmes and SCM General Secretary. Hermione holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance and is currently undertaking a Master in Audit Studies. She is also working in the Central Bank - Monetary Union of West Africa as a trainee at the Microfinance Desk.

Ms. Nina Nayoan (Indonesia)
Nina Nayoan (b. 1976) is a member of the Presbyterian Church in Minahasa (GMIM). She first joined Indonesian SCM (GMKI) in 1996 in Tomohon city, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. There she became a committee member of the local branch for three years before joining the national executive from 2000 – 2004. Nina served as the Ecumenical Network of Student and Youth in Indonesia (EASY-Net) Co-ordinator in 2003. In 2005 Nina worked on a movement building programme with SCM Timor Leste.
Nina is currently a member of the WSCF Asia-Pacific (AP) Standing Committee and of the AP Regional Women’s Committee. Nina holds a Bachelor of Theology. She has completed two postgraduate courses in theology, the first through the Ewha Institute for Women in Theological Studies in Seoul, Korea and the second at Bossey Ecumenical Institute in Geneva, Switzerland. Nina’s recent work in Timor Leste has centred around practical approaches to movement building through human resource development and youth empowerment.
Currently Ms. Nayoan is undertaking a project on community
development with the SCM of Timor Leste, under the auspices of the Frontier Internship in Mission program.

Mr. Michael Edge-Perkins (Aotearoa-New Zealand)
Michael Edge-Perkins (b.1978) is a member of the Anglican Church in Aotearoa, New Zealand and Polynesia. Michael first joined SCM in 1997 at Canterbury University, Christchurch, Aotearoa-New Zealand. He holds a BA (Hons) in Gender Studies and a BA in Gender Studies, Literature and Education.
Michael has previously held positions as National Co-ordinating Group (NCG) member and National Secretary of SCM Aotearoa. Michael has been a member of the WSCF Asia-Pacific Regional Committee and is currently serving as a member of the WSCF A-P Standing Committee. Michael works as a Policy and Planning Advisor at Te Papa Tongarewa/ Museum of New Zealand.

Kendra Dunbar (USA)
Kendra Dunbar (b. 1976) is the donor representative on WSCF ExCo from the General Board of Global Ministries of the United Methodist Church USA. Currently the Executive Secretary of Youth and Young Adults, MCR for the General Board of Global Ministries, Kendra holds a Master of Divinity from Union Theological Seminary, New York. Ms Dunbar first became involved with WSCF in 2006 through her roles as a donor representative and member of the Board of US Trustees of WSCF.

Ms. Ingjerd Jřssang (Norway)
Ingjerd Jřssang (B. 1980) is a member of the Lutheran Church of Norway. She first joined the Student Christian Movement in 1999. A speaker of Norwegian and English, Ingjerd is currently undertaking her final year of Medical Studies. Ingjerd has served as a member of the Board and Chairperson of Tromsc SCM and as a National Board member of Norwegian SCM. She currently serves as a member of the European Regional Committee.

Thorsten Roerbaek (Denmark)
Thorsten Roerbaek (b. 1978) is a member of the Danish Lutheran Church. A speaker of English and Danish, he joined the Danish SCM through the Ĺrhus Emmaus branch in in 2003. In 2005 Thorsten became a board member of the Danish SCM and its representative to the WSCF Europe region. Since 2006 he has been the Vice-Chair of the WSCF Europe Regional Committee and one of the WSCF Executive Committee Europe members. Thorsten holds a BA in Theology and is currently completing his MA in Theology. Thorsten’s WSCF experience includes organising conferences and attending WSCF and EYCE events. Thorsten worked as a steward for the WCC 9th Assembly in Porto Alegre, Brazil.
Thorsten is currently based in Ĺrhus, Denmark where he continues part time study on his MA while beginning a PhD.

Ms. Gabriela Miranda Garcia (Mexico)
Gabriela Miranda Garcia (b. 1975) is a member of the Presbyterian Church. A speaker of Spanish, Gabriela first joined the Student Christian Movement in 1998. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology and is now studying for a Master of Theology. Gabriela is currently the Chairperson of WSCF Latin America and Caribbean Region.

Mr. Yarkus Pérez Gandara (Chile)
Yarkus Pérez Gándara (b. 1972) is a member of the Methodist Church of Chile. A speaker of Spanish and English, he holds degrees in Information Technology (Técnico Universitario en Programación Computacional) and Professional Technical Education (Profesor de Educación Técnico Profesional). Yarkus joined WSCF as a refounding member of the Student Christian Movement (MEC) of Chile in 1995. He went on to become General Secretary of SCM Chile from 1995-2000 and served as Chairperson of WSCF Latin America and Caribbean from 2000-2004. He continues to work on projects for SCM Chile from his home base in Colonel, Chile where he teaches computer science in the Colonel Methodist Industrial Grammar School.

Dr. Faisal Fouad Seedhom (Egypt)
Dr Faisal Fouad Seedhom (b.1952) is a member of the Coptic Orthodox Church of Egypt. A speaker of Arabic and English, he first joined SCM in Khartoum, Sudan and then became a member of the University Christian Student’s Association in Egypt. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences and a Diploma of Sales and Marketing. In local SCM he held the roles of Executive Secretary and training programmes leader. He has been involved in the Ecumenical Youth Committee of Egypt (Orthodox Church representative), in leading SCM seminars, editing newsletters and periodicals and contributing to MCC youth program activities. Faisal is a member of the Middle East regional Executive Committee and chairs the Middle East region’s personnel search committee. A qualified pharmacist, he currently works as Business Development Manager for a pharmaceutical company in Egypt.

Ms. Carla Khijoyan (Lebanon)
Carla Khijoyan (b. 1980) is a member of the Armenian Orthodox Church. A speaker of Armenian, Arabic, French, English and Spanish, Carla holds a Masters in French Literature from Saint Joseph University Beirut and a Diploma in English Language and Literature from Georgetown University USA. Carla first joined WSCF in 2001 through the Armenian Church University Student Association of Lebanon.
She is member of the Ecumenical Committee and Publications Committee of SCM in Lebanon and a member of the WSCF Student World editorial board. Carla is also a member of the Middle East Regional Committee. As a member of the Youth Desk of the Armenian Catholicosate of Cilicia, she has helped organise interregional youth seminars on the renewal of the Church and does ongoing work on different issues related to youth. In that role she is currently working with the Red Cross, Caritas and Focolare on peace building educational programmes and humanitarian projects after the last war on Lebanon. Carla now lives in Beirut and works as a French Literature teacher in a High School in Antelias, Lebanon. She is now undertaking Doctoral studies at Saint Joseph University of Beirut.

Mr Brandon Johnson (USA)
Brandon Johnson (b. 1983) is a member of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ). He first joined the WSCF as a member of the US Council for Ecumenical Student Christian Ministry (CESCM) in 2002. Brandon holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religion. He has served as Co-chair of CESCM and has been a member of the Student Ecumenical Partnership USA. Brandon is currently undertaking study towards an M.Div at Yale Divinity School and is an intern with the University of the Poor, School of Theology.

Ms Joëlle Morgan (Canada)
Joëlle Morgan (b. 1973) is a member of the Student Christian Movement of Canada. She first joined in 1991 and was unit secretary at the University of Toronto and York University - Gelndon College. Joëlle holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts and Education and a Master’s in Theology (M.T.S.) completed in 2006. Joëlle served two terms on the Board of SCM Canada as the Central Region rep and three years as the North America Regional Committee representative.
Joëlle is currently a secondary school teacher and student of theology.
