| The EAP operates within a two year cycle (ie. January 2005 to December 2006). Only projects that take place within this timeframe are considered. |
| All national movements, affiliated, associated or those categorised as contact groups of the Federation, demonstrating 'organisational life' and up-to-date with their WSCF membership fee, reports, forms and other financial records can avail of support from the EAP. |
| Projects must have similar objectives to the EAP objectives listed on the Ecumenical Assistance Programme page. |
| EAP projects must have received endorsement from their relevant Regional Office before being submitted to the WSCF Inter-Regional Office. |
| The ceiling for EAP project requests is USD 8,000. Higher amounts are not considered. |
| EAP applications are conditional on the satisfactory completion of reports and financial statements from previous EAP-funded activities. Incomplete records will result in incomplete applications and are not considered. |
| Late applications are not considered. |
| National Movements are accountable and responsible for preparing financial and activity reports for all EAP-funded projects. |
| Requests and reports will be presented together in WSCF's annual EAP document. |
| EAP report forms are sent in October, reports must follow the format of the report forms. Reports are to be typed and submitted to WSCF's Inter-Regional Office within the deadline of November 30th. |
| Financial records must be made available to WSCF Executive staff and Officers. Audited accounts must be provided upon the request of the Executive Committee. |
| Applications will not be considered from movements who fail to send reports from previous EAP-funded activities. |
| Unauthorised modifications of projects already submitted and approved will result in the forfeit and compulsory return of all EAP funding. |
